Why provider choice matters more than platform choice
The agency ad account market has real infrastructure providers — and resellers of resellers running Telegram-only operations with no actual platform relationship. Pick wrong and you get an account that dies in a week with your wallet balance inside it. Here's how to tell the difference.
The 8-point vetting checklist
- 1. Verifiable platform partnership. Ask which partner program the accounts come from. A real provider can show partner status; a reseller changes the subject.
- 2. Replacement SLA in writing. If an account is disabled, how fast is the replacement, and does your balance carry over? Hours is the right answer.
- 3. Transparent pricing. A clear top-up commission or flat fee. Hidden spreads on currency conversion are the classic quiet margin.
- 4. Compliance pre-check. Good providers review your funnel before launch. Providers who take any client are the same providers whose accounts die constantly.
- 5. Your assets stay yours. Pixel, audiences, and creatives should live in your Business Manager with partner access — never inside theirs alone.
- 6. Multi-platform coverage. One provider for Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and native beats five vendors and five wallets.
- 7. Named support with response times. A dedicated manager reachable same-day — not a shared inbox.
- 8. Straight answers on policy. A provider who promises to run prohibited verticals is telling you their accounts get banned. Restricted verticals need licences; anyone who says otherwise is the red flag.
Questions to ask before paying
What happens to my balance if an account is disabled? Who owns the pixel? What's the top-up turnaround on a Friday night? Can I talk to an existing client? The answers reveal more than any sales page.
